When submitting your documents, please make sure the name and address on your identification match the name and address on the bill. There are absolutely no exceptions to this requirement.

All completed forms and documents must be sent by email to get_into_islam@yahoo.com.

Once your documents are received, your form will be reviewed.
If everything is filled out correctly and all documents match, your application will move forward to the assessment stage.

Assessments are based on the information provided in your application form, the documents you submit, and any details gathered during the interview process.
All three parts — the form, the attachments, and the interview — help us understand your situation and determine the level of assistance you may qualify for.

If no funds are available at the time of your request, we will begin raising the necessary amount through our donor group. During this period, there will be a waiting process while funds are collected. We kindly ask for your patience and your supplications during this time.
